These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BillBeamβs website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the βServiceβ). By accessing or using BillBeam, you agree to be bound by these terms.
BillBeam provides tools for creating, managing, sharing, and tracking invoices, clients, and basic billing workflows.
You may only use the Service if you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and your use complies with applicable law.
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You must provide reasonably accurate information and keep it updated where appropriate.
You are responsible for all content, information, data, messages, pricing, descriptions, files, images, invoices, service requests, and other materials that you enter, upload, send, publish, or transmit through BillBeam.
BillBeam provides software, administrative tools, and communication features to help independent businesses manage invoices, requests, messages, clients, services, and payments. BillBeam does not provide the services offered by businesses using the platform.
Each business is independent and solely responsible for its services, pricing, descriptions, availability, work quality, performance, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, communications, legal compliance, taxes, licenses, permits, insurance, and relationship with its clients.
BillBeam does not supervise, control, endorse, guarantee, warrant, verify, or assume responsibility for any business, client, service, listing, request, transaction, message, invoice, payment, refund, cancellation, dispute, or outcome between users.
Businesses may use BillBeam to display services, receive requests, exchange messages, share photos, and manage request status. These features are organizational and communication tools only; they do not make BillBeam a party to any contract, service agreement, employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, warranty, or transaction between a business and a client.
Users are responsible for ensuring that photos, messages, service descriptions, and request details are accurate, lawful, appropriate, and authorized to be shared.
BillBeam may offer free plans and paid plans. Features, limits, pricing, availability, and terms may vary depending on the selected plan and may be changed as permitted by law.
Payments for subscriptions, invoices, or other transactions may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or other payment processors. Use of those services may be subject to additional terms, policies, and requirements of the applicable provider.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by BillBeam, disputes regarding a businessβs services, pricing, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or client payments are between the applicable business and client.
